The talented team in the kitchen produces seasonal menus with honest and unfussy variations of classic dishes full of flavour and imagination using fresh and, where possible, local ingredients. Customers are made most welcome in uncluttered, comfortable surroundings providing a relaxed, informal atmosphere. The Gallery space shows new work by established and emerging artists. Exhibitions, sponsored by local businesses, change every 7 weeks as do the menus.
The Foyer Restaurant + Gallery, which has enjoyed an excellent reputation since opening in 1999, offers customers a first class dining experience while serving the dual purpose of supporting the work of Aberdeen Foyer to alleviate youth homelessness and unemployment in the wider community.
